Salary: $50,000 annually


Summary:


The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for managing various aspects of warehouse operations, including cycle counting, inventory management, and customer order processing.

This role will assist with ensuring efficient and accurate distribution of goods to external customers and internal customers across the site.

Additionally, the Warehouse Coordinator will provide support in the campus Lean Manufacturing MS-168 transformation.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage site cycle count program
  • Perform department cycle counts
  • Create bill of ladings and shipping labels
  • Receive inbound and post outbound orders
  • Assist with the weekly processing of payroll for site employees
  • Assist with management of the Warehouse returns
  • Assist in the maintenance of excel spreadsheets documenting department KPI's, continuous improvement, and quality metrics
  • Executes ISO 9001 requirements and perform MS-168 functions within areas of responsibility
  • Assist in the department lean manufacturing and continuous improvement transformation
  • Other duties as assigned by management team
  • Perform all duties in accordance with Health and Safety Protocols and company policies.

Qualifications and Previous Experience:

  • High School Diploma, General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • Experience working in a lean manufacturing environment is a plus

Requirements:


  • Must be available to work 6AM-2:30PM and flexibility to work other shifts as determined by the needs of the business.

    This may include longer shifts and/or weekends.

  • Physical requirements: must be capable of sitting, standing, lifting and walking for extended periods of time.

    While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.

    The employee is frequently required to climb or balance.

    The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

    The employee must frequently lift and /or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds with assistance.

    Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

    The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts.

    The employee is occasionally exposed to vibration.

    The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
