Hours: Full time - 37.5 hours per week - Daytime shifts only (no nights!) occasional Saturdays
Contract: Permanent
Salary: up to £35,000 per annum plus benefits and paid enhancement

MediTalent Group are recruiting on behalf of a leading ophthalmology specialist for a theatre nurse to work within one of their clinics in the Cardiff area.

The role will involve working within day surgery theatres, where eye operations and procedures will take place.



You will assist with scrubbing and recovery as well as some other nursing duties including pre assessment and discharge of patients - if you have experience in either of these then great! If not, do not worry as full training will be given!

Part of the role will involve travelling to and working at other clinics in Bristol and Exeter areas - all travel arrangements and cost will be covered by the company.

The ideal candidate:

• Hold a valid NMC pin number with no restrictions


• Have strong communication skills


• Be willing to travel to other sites and a keen interest in theatre work
