Service Desk & Onsite Technical Support Analyst


London Waterloo - 5 days on site per week


Service Desk & Onsite Technical Support Analyst required to ensure effective and efficient support to customers/colleagues in London, Birmingham, and Manchester Studios.

The role would be based in our London Studio with remote support and occasional on-site visits to the other locations.


By utilising knowledge of the customer environment, the candidate will deliver timely and high-quality IT Support (e.g., incident resolution, root cause analysis, problem prevention, and knowledge transfer).

Working on behalf of the ICT department, the Service Desk & Onsite Technical Support Analyst will provide responsive and competent technical support to our company end users.


This entails (but is not limited to):


- Customer Service requests, Incident Management, and Asset Management


- Assistance with installation and utilisation of hardware or software


- Assisting staff on a day-to-day basis with using technology and related services (e.g., video-conference rooms)



REQUIRED PROFILE:


- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English (verbal and written)


- Customer-oriented, possessing strong communication and personal skills


- Ability to work proactively, autonomously, and responsibly


- Excellent analysis, problem-solving, and organisational skills


- Ability to describe technical information, outlining the most important details and providing it in a summarised and effective manner


- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly


- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


- Availability to travel occasionally


- Technically oriented


- Foundational knowledge of technology (e.g., basic networking concepts, key players of hardware and software solutions in the IT field)


- Exposure to ITIL or relevant accreditations is desirable but not essential



Salary: The salary the client is offering for this role is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
