They are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Support & Compliance Engineer to join their team.

The salary for this opportunity starts at £30,000 per annum. 

The Support & Compliance Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating closely with various departments to maintain our high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities for the Support & Compliance Engineer:

- Plan and facilitate product testing both internally and with external test providers when required.
- Attend design reviews to ensure all designs comply with relevant standards.
- Review and approve internal test plans and reports.
- Ensure adherence to and maintenance of applicable CE directives.
- Construct and maintain technical construction files.
- Conduct product design reviews against relevant human factors and risk assessment standards.
- Manage and collaborate with ILS specialists and engineers to deliver customer ILS requirements.
- Ensure product compliance with customer contractual requirements.
- Develop and deliver customer factory and site acceptance protocols.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including operator, maintenance, and illustrated parts catalogues.
- Consult with illustrators and engineers to develop and refine procedures.

Key Skills & Experience Required by the Support & Compliance Engineer:

- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- In-depth understanding of engineering principles with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Strong understanding and working knowledge of compliance, legislation, and standards.
- Have ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001 systems knowledge and experience.
- Highly proficient and confident in both verbal and written presentation skills.
- A deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
- Strong proficiency in IT skills
