We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Paint Sprayer to join our client a well established aerospace company in Yeovil.

The successful candidate will be responsible for applying various coatings to surfaces using a range of techniques and equipment to achieve the desired finish.

 Responsibilities of a paint sprayer:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers
- Mix paint and other coating materials to the required color and consistency
- Operate spray equipment to apply paint, powder coat, primers, and topcoats
- Hang parts on jigs and racks for painting
- Follow detailed drawings and instructions to ensure proper application of coatings
- Monitor and maintain proper paint levels and equipment cleanliness
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment

 Qualifications and experience Required:

- Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer or similar role
- Proficiency in mixing and applying paint and coatings
- Knowledge of different types of paints, primers, and topcoats
- Ability to interpret and follow detailed drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Solid understanding of safety procedures and regulations
- Certification in paint spraying or a related field is a plus
