My client a leading & reputable legal 500, multi-sector firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer / Lawyer to assist within their New-Build Conveyancing department on an 18 month fixed term contract based in Manchester or Liverpool offering lots of flexibility.

You can be a qualified or unqualified conveyancing fee earner with supervisory experience and case management experience.

Initially you will supervise a team of 5 within the residential conveyancing team while Managing your own caseload, monitoring and delivering fully against personal targets ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards are met.

The ideal candidate should be proactive and possess a solid understanding of investor relations and financing, particularly with investor purchases and portfolio mortgages, particularly where the lender is separately represented.

Experience in all varieties and levels of title complexity is essential
