Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum + Benefits & Enhancements
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week (Between 008:00 - 20:00)

Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist seeking a new challenge and an opportunity to advance your career? We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious public service healthcare provider for a dynamic Senior Occupational Therapist to join their expanding team in Jersey.

This role offers the unique chance to relocate to a beautiful island setting, with full relocation support provided.

About the Role:
As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will play a pivotal role within the multidisciplinary team, working in a rotational capacity across various specialist fields.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and passionate OT operating at a Band 6 level or higher, who is eager to expand their skills and take on a new challenge.

You will be responsible for managing a defined caseload, delivering evidence-based, client-centered care, and contributing to the continuous improvement of services.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage and prioritize a defined caseload, delivering high-quality Occupational Therapy interventions.

  • Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate outcomes to ensure effective, patient-focused care.

  • Work across hospital, community, and home visit settings, adapting to different environments and patient needs.

  • Actively participate in the Preceptorship Programme and other post-graduate learning opportunities.

  • Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for patients.

  • Contribute to the education and mentorship of occupational therapy students.



What We're Looking For:



  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy.

  • HCPC registration and RCOT membership.

  • A broad range of clinical experience across different settings.

  • Proven experience working within a multidisciplinary team.

  • A commitment to ongoing professional development, with a strong CPD portfolio.

  • Ability to manage stressful situations with empathy, supporting patients, families, and colleagues.

  • In-depth knowledge of RCOT practice standards, HCPC code of conduct, and best practices in Occupational Therapy.
