The Role of Sales Support

As Sales Support, you will be required to provide an efficient and effective support service to the sales team, whilst acting as a communication link between the sales team and the hire desk.



Handling telephone enquiries and routine correspondence.



Research any sales leads/projects as requested by Technical Sales Representatives/Management Team.



Transfer relevant leads to projects and set actions for Technical Sales Representatives to follow up.



Supporting the Hire desk team with their tasks whenever necessary, fostering a collaborative work environment.



A key part of the role as Sales Support is learning the hire desk functions, which are both sales and operational.



Full training on products, its applications, invoice system and CRM software will be provided.



The role of Sales Support is based at the companies East Anglia Depot, working 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.

The Ideal Person for the Sales Support

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar fast paced sales support role- preferably one with a sales/hire function.



However, school/college leavers seeking a career are encouraged to apply.



You’ll be confident liaising with customers on the phone and in person.



You’ll be a proactive individual who is keen to learn.



Will have good IT Skills.



Must have a full driving licence to ensure your commute to and from work.
