Integra Education is looking for a compassionate SEN Mentor in Guildford to work 1:1 with a young student who has additional needs.

This role offers a distinctive opportunity to support the pupil at home and in the community, allowing you to make a meaningful, long-term difference.

The role will start at 18 hours per week over 3 days, with the potential for additional hours in the future.

What we're looking for:

• Experience: Demonstrated history of working with children or young people with SEND and/or SEMH needs


• Specialised Knowledge: Understanding PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance) profiles is crucial


• Desirable Qualifications: Certification in PDA Level 2/3, Level 2 award in mentoring, Autism Level Up (ALUP), and Studio III Low Arousal training


• Technical Skills: Skilled in ICT and gaming, and experience with incidental learning is preferred.


• Driving Skills: A current, clean UK Driving Licence is necessary.
