RFP Specialist

Job Description:

Our client, an investment bank in London, is recruiting for an RFP Specialist to join their team on a 12 month contract.

The role will be paid on an agency payroll basis and our client offer hybrid working.

• RFP/DDQ experience in finance, preferably in asset management


• Sustainability RFP/DDQ experience a plus


• Collaborative, team player with excellent attention to detail

• Completing and coordinating Request for Proposals (RFPs) and responding to DDQ requests.


• Collating RFPs in accordance with the business' approach on sustainability


• Responsibility for developing and improving RFP processes and the quality of responses.


• Working with the four verticals of the Sustainability team, subject matter experts, sales and relationship teams to source information and create bespoke responses where required.


• Maintain and update RFP database to ensure consistency.
