Production Operative
Permanent position for a Production Operative to work Monday to Friday (days), no weekend working, no shifts, £24,000 - £25000.

Overtime paid at x1.5, market-leading growing company with an order book that is full.

Location of the Production Operative position: Tamworth

The Production Operative role is needed to work on bespoke projects for a company that builds vehicle bodies for light and commercial vehicles.

They are a leading name in their sector that have a reputation for quality and innovation.

The company provides further training and offers the opportunity to work within a clean, modern, friendly working environment.

This position would suit somebody confident using hand tools, power tools, can accurately measure and cut, likes working in a team in a modern clean organised environment.

What's in return for the role:

• Basic salary: Circa £24 - £25K a year, with potential further rises after passing probation


• 39 hours basic with OT paid at x1.5

Duties of the position:

• Preparing components to be fit onto vehicles.
  
  i.e lights, racking, grab rails, steps etc


• Utilizing hand and air tools in manufacturing operations


• Follow SOPs


• Measuring and marking out, ideally using tapes, micrometres and verniers desirable
