Family Legal Executive

An established law firm in Newcastle-under-Lyme is seeking an experienced Family Law professional to join their Family Law team.

This role involves managing a range of family law matters, including divorce, separation, and child-related issues, alongside handling financial settlements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Advising Clients: Provide guidance on legal aspects of divorce, separation, and other family law matters.


• Negotiating Settlements: Work with clients to reach agreements on the division of property, assets, and finances.


• Drafting Documents: Prepare and file legal documents such as divorce petitions, financial orders, and child arrangements.


• Financial Settlements: Manage the organisation and negotiation of financial agreements between parties.


• Dispute Resolution: Engage in mediation and other alternative dispute resolution methods to resolve issues without court proceedings.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in Family Law: A proven background in handling divorce, separation, and child-related matters is essential.


• Client Care: Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent client care.


• Growth-Oriented: A desire to contribute to the department's growth and success through proactive client engagement and service delivery.
