In-house Legal Counsel

Sacco Mann is extremely proud to be once again working alongside a prominent market player in the digital retail sector.

This ambitious and growing group has an integral In-house legal function which is looking to expand by adding a UK qualified Solicitor, who will report to the Head of Legal Services, based out of their Merseyside HQ with hybrid working on offer.

The workload is extremely varied and you can expect exposure to a broad range of practice areas, with particular focus on both commercial contracts and corporate governance.

You're likely to have at least a couple of years PQE and an understanding of commercial contracts, corporate law or corporate governance, whether it be through PQE experience or in a training rotation.

This role covers a wide range of contracts including generalist commercial (IT, Retail, Partnerships) and Corporate Governance.

It's a fantastic quality caseload and you can expect to be working alongside a high-calibre legal team which will ensure the development and evolution of your legal career.

You'll need acumen, an inquisitive mind, highly developed communication skills and a demonstrable desire to work In-house.
