Motorcycle Mechanics

Tudor Employment are currently recruiting for Motorcycle Mechanics to join our prestigious client based Oakham.

The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing newly bought in bikes and existing customers bikes.

Duties include:

• Diagnosis: Use computer-based diagnostic equipment to inspect engines and mechanical and electrical components to identify issues 
• Troubleshooting: Repair or replace broken or defective parts, and resolve defects 
• Road testing: Test motorcycles to check repairs and ensure safety 
• Equipment maintenance: Maintain equipment and make sure tools are in good condition 
• Repairing motorcycles: Perform repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, and ignition systems 
• Testing motorcycles: Use diagnostic equipment to identify problems and test engines for malfunctioning parts 
• Balancing and mounting tires: Mount, balance, and check tires 

Please note: In order to be considered for this position, you must have experience and qualifications to match the role and hold a full motorcycle license

Position: Permanent

Hours of Work: 8.30am – 5.30pm Mondy to Saturday one week and then Tuesday to Friday the following week

Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 (this will increase to £34,000 once candidates complete company training)
