Quantity Surveyor

A Quantity Surveyor is required in a Structural Steel company based in Accrington.

Key Responsibilities:

• Budget Management: Oversee project budgets and commercial responsibilities.


• Client Relations: Negotiate and manage contracts to final account.


• Project Scope: Handle projects ranging from £1m to £10m.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or related field


• Experience in budget management and contract negotiation


• Strong analytical and communication skills

Other Information:

• Flexible Working Hours: 7:45 AM - 4:45 PM


• Location: Accrington or WFH option is available


• Salary: £80k w/ great benefits
