Talent Attraction Partner - Greater Manchester - Permanent - Upto £55,000 plus bens

Are you a creative TA Partner who excels in building strategies for attracting top talent? We are working with a high growth disruptor in their sector to grow their TA team with the addition of a Talent Attraction Partner.

This business is on a mission to put customer experience at the heart of their business through great tech and great people (this is where you come in!).

While a broad role, there will be a huge focus on being a brand ambassador in the external talent market, with priorities including;

• Work with relevant stakeholders in the business to develop bold, creative and engaging social media content, showcasing the career opportunities alongside the incredible culture they have


• Build and maintain talent pipelines across all roles in the business, developing a strategy for keeping in regular contact and tracking talent within the sector


• Reduce reliance on agencies, while building and maintaining relationships with a small, relevant group of providers


• Being an expert in headhunting strategies including the use of Linked In Recruiter for targeting top talent


• Network, network, network - be immersed in relevant groups both online and in person, getting out to networking events will be actively encouraged!


• Work with the wider TA team to support the evolution of the TA offering, moving from a reactive to a proactive approach

The ideal person for this role will have strong, demonstrable experience within Talent Attraction / Acquisition, with particular experience of proactive TA strategies.

You will also be a bit of a social media guru when it comes to Talent Attraction.

You will be a confident networker, both online and offline.

This business work on a hybrid basis, with c 2 days expected in the office for collaboration and ideas sharing.

A little travel to other offices may be expected on an ad hoc basis.
