Position: Senior Speech and Language Therapist - Neuro Rehab
Location: Bristol
Contract: Permanent/Full-time position | Mon - Fri covering either 37.5hrs p/week or 30hrs p/week
Salary: Up to £53,100 p/annum depending on experience

Are you an experienced Senior Speech and Language Therapist with a passion for leadership and mentoring junior team members? If so, we want to hear from you!

Successful candidate:

• HCPC Registered with no restrictions on your pins


• Background experience working in a rehab or hospital environment


• Post-graduate training within Dysphagia


• Ability to support and motivate patients


• Aphasia, cognitive communication disorder, dysarthria, apraxia, and dysphagia is essential for this role

Day to day responsibilities:

• Assessing and case management and communication of Swallow disorders


• Maintain high standards at all times across the department


• Strong background experience with Neuro Rehab with a proven track record


• Support with the day to day running of the SLT department


• Always Keeping patients safe at all times


• Participate in internal training (induction, mandatory training, MDT in-service


• Develop your clinical skills by supervision and mentoring Junior members of the team, providing feedback and appraisal's
