Key Responsibilities:

• Safely install shuttering formwork and proprietary systems.


• Adhere to high safety and quality standards.


• Work collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency with proprietary formwork systems (columns, walls, beams, etc.).


• Competence in using hand and power tools.


• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform routine manual labor.


• High tolerance for working to precise line and level specifications.


• Teamwork and outdoor work capability.

Qualifications:

• CSCS Skilled Worker Card (BLUE).


• Level 3 qualification in Formwork (desirable).


• Training in Working at Heights, Abrasive Wheels, and interpretation of drawings.
