Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and implementation of construction projects
- Coordinate between contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to schedules
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
- Assist in budgeting and financial tracking of projects
- Schedule and arrange meetings with stakeholders
- Communicate project updates to the team and management
Requirements
- Proven experience in project coordination or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in project management software
- Knowledge of construction processes and terminology
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
