Commercial Property Solicitor

I am seeking a dynamic and skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join an esteemed and thriving firm.

Based in their Liverpool office, you will handle a diverse caseload encompassing sales, acquisitions, development agreements, and lease preparation and negotiation.

The Role

Position Details:

- This is a permanent/full time role (35 hours), though consideration will be given for part-time candidates.
- Salary from £35,000 to £55,000 depending on the candidate and experience.
- Full time in the office but can be flexible on hours.

You will be required to managing a commercial property caseload but also managing a residential conveyancing paralegal, it would be beneficial if the candidate held knowledge and experience within residential conveyancing.

The candidate

My client is seeking an individual who is a qualified commercial property solicitor holding at 3 years PQE, they are also open to more senior candidates with a higher PQE.
