We are working with an established high street law firm that is seeking a dedicated, skilled professional to join their busy team.

The Firm:
Our client is a well-respected, structured law firm that has built a strong reputation within their local community.

They have an extensive history of delivering exceptional legal services and are now looking for the right candidate to join their close-knit team.

The Role:
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion, taking on 20-25 new cases a month.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction throughout the process.

You will also liaise with estate agents, mortgage providers, and other stakeholders, delivering a smooth and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing files
- Handling all aspects of the conveyancing process, from instruction to post-completion
- Providing professional and friendly legal advice to clients
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and legislative requirements
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and third parties

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience manging a caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
- Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and relevant legislation
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
