ServiceNow Architect - Netherlands

Our client is looking for a skilled ServiceNow Architect to join their team in Amsterdam.

In this role, you’ll design, implement, and optimise ServiceNow solutions to address complex business needs.

Collaborating with stakeholders, you'll ensure business requirements are transformed into scalable technical solutions.

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Languages: Dutch, English (required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver ServiceNow solutions aligned with the client’s business objectives.
• Lead the integration and deployment of ServiceNow modules across multiple environments.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and offer strategic advice on best practices.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and solution designs.
• Ensure the ServiceNow platform remains secure, scalable, and high-performing.
• Mentor and guide junior team members within the organisation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow advancements and related technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or in a similar technical role.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture and solution design.
• Fluency in Dutch (required).
• Solid understanding of modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) is preferred but not essential.
