Junior Account Manager

Our client, Dynamic Messaging is an innovative tech company, specialising in the fast-growing Voice and SMS market, with clients all around the world.

Their successful team is expanding, and they are looking for a hard-working, determined and organised Account Manager to join their growing team.

You will need to be someone who is dedicated and a great relationship builder, who understands the importance of excellent customer service and going that extra mile.

The role is home-based, and you will be provided with a laptop and full training and excellent communication with the management team.

 

You will be responsible for managing existing client accounts, including;  

  • Day-to-day communication

  • Coordinating campaigns

  • Meeting deadlines

  • Engaging with suppliers

  • Issue resolution

You will be responsible for onboarding new clients

 

You will:

  • Have 1-2 years of experience in account management    

  • Take ownership of client accounts and excel in engaging in client communication

  • Be people-oriented and enjoy connecting with and engaging with clients from all over the world.

  • Be comfortable using web-based tech platforms and have a good understanding of how they work

  • Be a quick learner

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
