Our client is a well-established brickwork, roofing and scaffolding sub-contractor based in the south east.

They have vast experience in commercial, domestic, or residential projects.

They are looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join their team.

The successful applicant will also be required to provide some accounts support.

This role is crucial in ensuring their customers receive exceptional service, maintaining accurate financial records, and managing their social media.

There is a key emphasis within this role to grow their chargeable works within customer care.

Office location: Woking
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm.

The Role:

• Growing their customer care division, including growth of the chargeable customer care works to include growing our customer base, cold calling and online sourcing.


• Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (phone, email, and client portals)


• Co-ordinate remedial works between different trades.


• Tracking of all works from start to finish.


• Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the whole process, including a close out call to make sure the customer is satisfied with the works.


• Invoicing and entering of orders via the online system.


• Processing Internal Expenses.


• Social Media Management.

Criteria:

• Professional qualifications - beneficial


• Previous customer service/support experience


• Experience within the construction industry - desirable


• Strong communication skills


• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
  
  


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite


• Car driver - due to office location
