• Shift Pattern:
  
  
  
  • 8 hours shifts - Rotating Monday to Friday shifts (days, afternoons, nights) with reduced hours on the Fridays:
    
    
    
    • Day/Afternoon shifts: 6 hours on Fridays
    
    
    • Night shift: 6 PM to midnight
    
    
    
    
  
  
  
  

This is a hands-on role that requires electrical qualifications and expertise, but you should also be aware that a large portion of the work is mechanical.

You will need to be flexible and enthusiastic about mechanical tasks, as they are an integral part of the role.

• Lead a team of technicians in maintaining industrial services (e.g., plant and production lines, boilers, refrigeration systems, waste handling, and water treatment processes).


• Perform both electrical and mechanical preventive and reactive maintenance.


• Supervise the prioritisation and execution of planned maintenance activities, collaborating with production teams and other stakeholders.


• Use fault-finding skills to continuously improve asset performance and reliability.


• Manage shift engineering coverage and lead team development.


• Support and improve manufacturing operations through both mechanical and electrical tasks.
