Support Worker Needed in Essex

We are currently recruiting a Support Worker to join our team and make a meaningful impact in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, epilepsy, and additional needs.

About the Role:
You will play a vital role in enabling individuals to enjoy an excellent quality of life by focusing on their independence and community connections.

This includes providing effective support to help them:

• Maintain their tenancies.


• Develop independent living skills.


• Participate in their local community.


• Achieve personal goals and desired outcomes.

In addition to delivering direct personal care, you'll have the chance to act as a Support Worker, supporting individuals in realizing their dreams and aspirations.

This role involves personal care, and the use of specialist equipment such as hoists, wheelchairs, and stairlifts.

About You:

• Be empathetic, compassionate, and committed to empowering individuals.


• Have experience or a strong interest in working with individuals with diverse needs.


• Possess a full manual driving license to drive service users' vehicles when needed in Essex.

Hours:

• Full-time: 37.5 hours per week, worked flexibly on a rota basis, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay Rate:

£12.00 Per Hour PAYE - £15.22 Per Hour Umbrella.
