ELPL Fee Earner

Our client, a leading law firm with offices in the heart of Leeds, are recruiting for a number of ELPL Fee Earners to join their leading casualty ELPL team.

The role would suit a fee earner with experience handling ELPL personal injury claims from the point of instruction through to settlement.

Responsibilities:

• Handling your own caseload of ELPL personal injury claims for leading insurer clients.


• Providing an excellent level of client care.


• Reviewing evidence, and liaising with third parties.


• Dealing with correspondence.


• Negotiating settlement.
