Senior Support Working -Ofsted

Senior Support Working required for award winning service that care and support young people with complex disabilities. 

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children.
  • Oversee risk assessments and the safeguarding of children in line with regulatory standards.
  • Support and train Care Practitioners to ensure high-quality care delivery.
  • Actively engage in planning and delivering educational, recreational, and vocational opportunities.
  • Manage challenging behaviours with empathy and resilience, including occasional physical interventions (training provided).
  • Supervise and develop the Key Working and Case Management of children.
  • Contribute to care plans and intervention strategies tailored to individual needs.
  • Assist the Registered and Deputy Managers in quality assurance, audits, and policy development.

Required:


  • Level 2 or high qualifications within care
  • Experience within the care sector working within an Ofsted service
