What will be asked to do?

, Publish offers on recruitment platforms.
, Actively search for candidates via databases.
, Sort CVs and select profiles that match the requested criteria.

, Organize and conduct telephone and videoconference interviews.
, Assess technical skills.
, Analyze the candidate's soft skills and motivation.
, Present selected candidates to operational managers.
, Create and update candidate files.

A prior experience as a recruiter is required
