• Basic salary circa £57k and up to £65K OTE per annum, plus bonus, plus premium overtime.

Experience and Qualifications Required for Engineering Team Leader

• Engineering qualified; City & Guilds, ONC, BTEC Level 3, NVQ Level 3, Apprenticeship or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance


• Strong Health and Safety awareness


• Previous experience as a Team Leader, Maintenance Supervisor, Engineering Manager, Maintenance Manager, Engineering Planner Lead Engineer etc


• Previous experience of undertaking maintenance within a manufacturing environment


• Previous experience of the development and application of PPM activities
