Title: Maintenance Engineer - Days only

Salary: £50K

Location: Hayes

Shifts: Days only; Mon - Fri

Roles & Responsibilities of the Engineering Team Leader:

• To Identify unsafe practices, escalate immediately and propose solutions to overcome the issue.


• Verify that manufacturing processes are fit for purpose by achieving quality and performance targets and ensuring that the there are no health and safety issues.


• Conduct risk assessments where required.


• Develop operating instructions and troubleshooting guides for manufacturing processes/equipment.


• Monitor manufacturing processes, identifying and justifying potential improvements.


• To carry out any reasonable task which falls within your capabilities.

The Ideal background of the Engineering Team Leader:

• FMCG experience essential (high speed/volume manufacturing or production-type environment)


• Experience with team leadership, Coaching and mentoring teams


• Strong knowledge and experience within electrical engineering


• Knowledge and experience Fault finding with PLC's


• Engineering Qualifications
