We are working with a 2-form entry 'Good' Ofsted-rated primary school in Redbridge, known for its inclusive and nurturing ethos.

The school prides itself on fostering a positive learning environment where every child is encouraged to flourish academically, socially, and emotionally.

This lovely school is seeking a dedicated Year 1 Teacher to join their team, contributing to a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous professional development.

As a Year 1 Teacher, you will:

• Take full class teacher responsibilities, including planning, preparation, marking and assessments


• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS1 National Curriculum


• Build strong relationships with parents to support pupils' academic progress


• Create a positive, structured classroom environment where pupils feel supported and inspired

The ideal Year 1 Teacher will have:

• Sound knowledge of the National Curriculum for Key Stage 1


• Recent experience teaching in a UK primary school (either through placements or previous roles)


• A strong sense of commitment and a passion for delivering high-quality education


• UK recognised Teaching Qualification with QTS


• Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service


• Right to work in the UK
