Engineering Shift Supervisor
Location: Sittingbourne Area

Salary: £51,000+ basic | OTE: £60,000+ with bonus & overtime
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off - Days Only (6:00am-6:00pm)

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Engineering Shift Supervisor to join a high-performing team at a leading international manufacturer based in Sittingbourne.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead daily engineering operations, ensuring effective task allocation and team performance.


• Work as part of a dynamic team to improve plant uptime, and reduce breakdowns.


• Oversee and deliver engineering improvement initiatives alongside central support teams.


• Working on plant equipment such as conveyors, extruders, wire cutters, kilns, packaging machines and robots


• Drive best practice in preventative maintenance and asset reliability.

What We're Looking For

• Time-served Engineering Apprenticeship or BTEC & NVQ Level 3 (or above) in Engineering or related field


• Background in engineering supervision or team leadership within a manufacturing/industrial setting


• Strong grasp of PPM systems, fault finding, and continuous improvement


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• High level of health & safety awareness


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
