Job Title: Sales Administrator – Temporary Position





Location: Beverley, East Yorkshire
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Hours:


  • Monday – Thursday: 08:30 – 16:30
  • Friday: 08:30 – 15:30

Start Date: Immediate

Are you an organised and proactive individual with strong computer skills and a confident telephone manner? We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a well-established business in Beverley, East Yorkshire on a temporary basis.

This is a short-term role to provide additional support during a busy period.

You will primarily assist the Sales Team, but may also be required to support other departments within the business as needed.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Providing administrative support to the Sales team
  • Handling incoming telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Accurately inputting and managing data using various systems
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams and customers
  • Supporting general office duties across departments during peak demand

Candidate Requirements:


  • A professional and can-do attitude
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Confident and clear telephone manner
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, punctual and adaptable

Full training will be provided across all departments the successful candidate may support.
