Our client is one of the world's largest leading manufacturers, they have a presence in all the leading supermarkets in the UK and are expanding.

You will be part of a skilled team supporting a diverse range of mechanical systems across a fast-paced manufacturing site.

You'll perform both planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring equipment reliability and supporting continuous improvement across the site.

• 
  Perform mechanical maintenance on production and utility equipment (pumps, fillers, pneumatics, HVAC, etc.)


• 
  Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs in line with safety and quality standards


• 
  Use CMMS to manage maintenance tasks and record work


• 
  Support lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen, AM) and root cause investigations


• 
  Mentor junior technicians and collaborate across departments


• 
  Maintain compliance with health & safety and LOTO procedures

• 
  Recognised mechanical qualification (NVQ Level 3, HNC/HND, City & Guilds)


• 
  Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial maintenance


• 
  Knowledge of welding, pneumatics, hydraulics, or rotating machinery (advantageous)


• 
  Familiar with CMMS and condition-based monitoring systems


• 
  Proactive, hands-on, and team-oriented
