Estimator

We currently looking for an Estimator to join a team in Kent.

This is a permanent, office-based role where you will be responsible for all commercial aspects of projects, including quantity surveying and estimating.

Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 09:00-17:00
Salary: £65,000 per annum
Location: Dartford, Kent
Key Duties:

• Managing all commercial aspects of projects.


• Carrying out quantity surveying and estimating tasks.


• Liaising with clients and project teams.


• Ensuring all commercial and financial matters are handled efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an estimating or quantity surveying role.


• Strong knowledge of financial and commercial processes in the industry.
