We are now offering a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the expanding team as a Trainee Field Service Engineer.

What the role involves

As a trainee, you'll receive comprehensive training to carry out:

• Routine maintenance, calibration, and repair of medical refrigeration equipment.


• Visits to customer sites including hospitals, pharmacies, and GP surgeries.


• Accurate recording of your work using the latest technology.


• Representing Labcold professionally in the field, while building valuable customer service skills.

You'll be fully supported with training at the headquarters, followed by one-to-one mentoring in the field until you're confident to work independently.

What we're looking for

We don't require previous field service experience - what matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• A genuine interest in starting a career in field service engineering.


• A background in Maths, IT, or Engineering (studies, work, or personal interest).


• Strong communication and organisational skills.


• A full UK driving licence (essential).

What we offer

• Starting salary of £29,000 - £31,000, reviewed after 6 months.
