Person specification:

• (Essential) GPhC-registered pharmacist
• (Essential) Substantial (minimum 3-4 years’) post-registration experience
• (Essential) Proven leadership and service development experience
• (Desirable) Postgraduate qualification in clinical pharmacy (or equivalent)
• (Desirable) Independent prescriber (or working towards)
