 Shifts: Days & Nights (Shift Rotation)

We are looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Setter to join our clients growing manufacturing team in Pickering.

This company specialises in producing high-quality automotive components and parts for the construction industry, supplying major brands with precision-engineered products.

Key Responsibilities

• Set, operate, and optimise injection moulding machines
• Complete tool changes efficiently and safely
• Diagnose and resolve moulding issues to maintain production quality
• Carry out routine maintenance and ensure machinery runs smoothly
• Work closely with production and quality teams to meet targets
• Maintain accurate production and process records
• Ensure all work follows health & safety and quality standards

About You

• Previous experience as an Injection Moulding Setter is essential
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of machine parameters, tooling, and materials
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible to work rotating day and night shifts
