We are looking for a Propulsion Technician to support the manufacture, assembly, and testing of next-generation aircraft.

You will work as part of a dedicated production team to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery and continuous improvement across the manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
Install and integrate avionic and mechanical components, including propulsion systems.
Manufacture and assemble in-house components.
Carry out dimensional verification using calibrated tools.
Follow safety and quality procedures, maintaining accurate build records.
Mentor new team members and promote best practices.

Requirements
Strong understanding of engineering drawings and test procedures.
Experience with avionic hardware assembly, wiring, and testing.
Skilled in using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and soldering tools.
Knowledge of ESD-sensitive environments and aircraft manufacturing processes.

Qualifications
Completed apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 in Avionics, Aerospace, or related discipline.
Previous aerospace or high-tech manufacturing experience.
Familiarity with Lean, 6S, or EWIS standards.
