Quantity Surveyor – Drylining
Location: London & Home Counties + Essex Office
Salary: From £75,000 + Package

We are working with a well-established and growing contractor within the drylining and interiors sector who is looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable business delivering high-quality projects across London and the Home Counties, with a strong pipeline of secured work.

The Role

You will play a key role in managing the commercial aspects of multiple drylining projects, working both on-site and from the company’s Essex-based office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing project costs from inception through to final account
• Preparing and reviewing valuations, variations, and cost reports
• Procuring and managing subcontractor packages
• Supporting project delivery teams to ensure commercial success
• Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities
• Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within drylining / interiors / fit-out
• Strong knowledge of commercial processes and contract administration
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
