Location: Walsall
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 07:00am – 15:30pm / Friday: 07:00am – 14:00pm

Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a Machine Operator to join our client on a temp-to-perm basis.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in operating and setting machinery within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting up and operating machinery efficiently and safely
• Monitoring machine performance and identifying any issues
• Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met
• Carrying out basic maintenance and adjustments to equipment
• Working in line with health and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating and setting machinery is essential
• Welding experience would be advantageous but not essential
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
