Technical Coordinator

A leading structural steel specialist is currently looking for a permanent Technical Coordinator in Leicestershire.

The client is also open to applications from Draughtsmen and Design Managers.

The successful candidate will be the in-house link between the business and the subcontractors who produce its drawings, keeping drawing packages on track for job deadlines and checking them before they are allocated to the team.

Start Date: Immediate
Salary:

• Technical Coordinator: £40,000 - £45,000


• Draughtsman: £45,000 - £50,000


• Design Manager: £60,000 - £65,000

Contract: Permanent
Location: Leicestershire
Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday - Thursday), 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Friday)

Duties:

• Liaising with the subcontractors who produce the company's drawings


• Chasing subcontractors when needed to meet job deadlines


• Checking drawings as they come in


• Allocating drawings to the team

Requirements:

• Tekla preferred, though other platforms will be considered

Working Pattern: No working from home options.

No site surveys required.
