Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments, supporting managers with risk mitigation and Change Management, including RAMS, COSHH, PTW, DSEAR, PUWER, LOLER, PSSR, DSE, HAVS, LEV, Noise, Legionella, Racking and Manual Handling requirements.
Manage accident and incident reporting, investigations and statutory reporting obligations, including compliance with RIDDOR and submissions to relevant authorities.
Coordinate site Emergency Response Plans (ERP), ensuring plans are established, management personnel are trained, and exercises are conducted annually.
Oversee Fire Life Safety arrangements in partnership with Facilities Management, including evacuation drills, EHS inductions, onboarding processes and the annual EHS safety climate programme.
Manage EHS-related training and first aid provisions to ensure employees are appropriately trained, supported and protected.
