THE PERSON:
Proven experience leading a service, maintenance, or operational function within a technical environment
Currently in a Field Service Manager, Head of Service, Service Manager, Maintenance Manager, Operations Manager, Engineering Manager, Service Delivery Manager or similar role
Strong leadership skills with experience managing engineering, installation, or service teams
Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and operational performance
Confident stakeholder manager with strong client-facing experience
Analytical and data-driven approach to performance improvement
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Goods-In and Goods-Out Support
Support Goods-In inspection activities during peak periods to avoid production delays.Assist Goods-Out checks as required to ensure product quality prior to despatch.Liaise with Purchasing, Stores, and Production to resolve quality-related issues efficiently.
Housekeeping, Safety and Compliance
Maintain high standards of housekeeping within inspection and quality areas.Follow all quality, safety, and compliance procedures relevant to the role, including ATEX and customer-specific requirements.Contribute to a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement.

This Test Engineer position would suit candidates based within commuting distance of Dewsbury, including Bradford, Leeds, Huddersfield, Wakefield, and surrounding areas.
The successful Test Engineer will oversee the companies Testing Centre, coordinating internal testing activities, supporting product certification processes, and developing robust testing methods and technical reports.
Key Responsibilities of Test Engineer:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Testing Centre, ensuring testing activities run efficiently and safely.
Coordinate internal testing programmes to support product certification and pre-certification processes such as ETA and CPR.
