Teach Plus are currently working with a primary school located in Sutton who are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to work with a child with Autism and who is non-verbal to start ASAP.
The school is a 3 form entry, Ofsted rated ‘Good' School located in the heart of Sutton.
The school is well resourced and children with SEND and additional needs are well supported throughout.
The senior leadership team are friendly and approachable and willing to support all staff across the school.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant you will be expected to:
Follow the class teacher and SENCO's direction in supporting the child both inside and outside the classroom
Follow plans for activities and intervention sessions provided by the class teacher
Support with learning/Regulating Behaviour
Ensure the child feels supported and safe by having a warm and nurturing approach
The ideal candidate for the SEN Teaching Assistant role will have:
Have experience working with children with SEND
Experience working with children with Autism and speech and language needs
Ideally you will have experience with PECS or Makaton, however not essential
Experience managing challenging behaviour
The ability to build rapport with the child and be able to respond to the child's individual needs
Follow direction from the class teacher, SENCO, external agencies such as Speech and Language Therapist

GENERAL SUMMARY
Make all intermediates and finished products by adding specific quantities of certain raw materials and/or intermediates to a batch tank or grinding mill according to a written formula using proper batch making techniques and safe methods.
This position also requires application and monitoring of established quality procedures and methods for production batches.
Compiles, tabulates and summarizes QC data for analysis.
Prepares and offers constructive criticisms relative to variables and deviations from prescribed standards of quality.
Maintains statistical records having to do with quality, nature and causes of defects.
Expedites and follows up changes to allow for prescribed quality standards.
Request raw materials for use in formulas.
Position requires knowledge of batch making techniques, machinery operation, scales and meter use, and formula knowledge.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned. Weigh and/or measure out quantities of solvents, resins, pigments (or dispersions), and additives into blending tanks or grinding mills according to a batch ticket. Tend mixing or grinding equipment and maintain control over time, heat, mix speed, etc. Upon batch completion, take product sample to QC Lab for QC checks. Check production batches by comparison to standards Make adjustments to batch as necessary Recheck batch after adjustments are made until product is within standard product specifications Use proper analytical tools to compare product to standard specs and to wet and/or dry samples Record results of comparison and record onto batch card Consult with Main Lab chemist on products more than 10% out of product specifications Upon approval of product record data onto Quality Control car and enter information into computer data base Consult QC manual for specific requirements for product analysis of production batches and customers special requirements Calibrate QC equipment as required Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager Maintain work area in a neat and orderly fashion.

The Quality Assurance Supervisor is the food industry responsible for overseeing and coordinating activities of the quality assurance technicians engaged in quality assurance and quality control inspections for all products manufactured onsite.

Verify Completion of Daily Pre-Operational & HACCP Checks and documentation completed and filed. Represent QA in daily 9:30am production meetings Represent QA in ALL First Batch meetings - All Entities (new products and process reviews) Monitor Lab monthly/daily calendar with events/tasks that need completion Back up for QA techs during vacation, call ins and lunch shift coverages. The ideal candidate will have experience in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of fire alarms, security systems, and related equipment.
The work will be varied, and you will be working with small and large businesses, hotels, schools, council properties, and residential homes across but not limited to Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Install fire alarm systems, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems
Regular system maintenance to ensure compliance with industry standards/regulations
Diagnose and repair faults in fire and security systems efficiently and effectively
Provide technical support/training to clients on the operation of their systems
Respond promptly to emergency callouts and provide timely resolutions to issues
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, products, and technologies
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations

Previous experience in installation, maintenance, and servicing of fire and security systems
