As the Quality Control Checker, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of data and documentation within the Operations group.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the QC Checker will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

Assist in the quality control checking of system data using software such as MassLynx, Analyst, Multiquant, Watson LIMs, and OpenLabs.
2.
Assist in the quality control checking of laboratory notebooks and reports.
3.
Assist in updating project tracking tools as requested.
4.
Actively collaborate with the Project Leader Team, Operations, QC, and QA groups to facilitate data delivery and project documentation.

The team is a 24-hour emergency monitoring and response service that provides support to people in their own homes through their connection link to their own internal telecare service which is available 24/7 and 365 days a year.
Customers activate a support call at any time 24/7 via the alarm unit installed in their own home and or the sensors attached to it.
Our Call Handler Responders will then discuss and assess the nature of the emergency and will action an appropriate response.
Responding themselves if required.
In the case of a serious emergency, the emergency services will also be contacted.
The role is a full time role working NIGHTS between the hours of 23:00-7:00am on a rota basis currently paying £15.98-£20.00ph
Requirements for the role:
Needing to be a driver
Need to have experience with call handling OR a care background
Enhanced DBS
Previous experience as a team leader/supervisor
Must have previous experience working with the elderly
