* At least 1 year experience in lettings and property management
* Possession of current PSRA license - Category A, B & C
* Proficiency in MS Office;
* Experience with Acquaint (preferred)
* Ownership of a car and valid driving license

As a Vehicle Technician, you will perform minor to major mechanical repairs, maintaining high standards and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Utilise diagnostic equipment proficiently.
* Complete paperwork accurately and efficiently.
* Communicate effectively with customers.
* Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor.
Requirements:
* Previously worked as a Vehicle Technician or in a similar role.
* Possess roadside assistance / mobile servicing experience.
* Hold Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
* Dealership experience would be preferred.
* Valid UK driving licence.
Shifts:
* Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
* 1 in 3 Saturday (On rota): 8am - 1pm
