The Role of the Housing Paralegal
To assist the Lawyers in managing full caseloads of Housing Law matters through to completion
Matters will include breach of tenancy, rent recovery, disrepair and dilapidations
Provide advice for cost effective lease end management and possession process which mitigates business risk
The Person
A law-related qualification (LPC, LLM or LLB) or relevant experience
Previous experience of handling a mixed caseload of Housing Law matters would be essential
Experience of working within the public sector previous would be highly beneficial

Up to date knowledge of planning, Building and Health & Safety regulations.
An understanding of funding models
MS Office 365
Project Management software such as MS Project.
A relevant professional qualification or degree
Nice to Have
RICS, RIBA, RTPI, or similar accreditation.
