GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Ensures that the assigned revenue, margin and product mix objectives, within the corporate business framework, are met or exceeded.
This is to be accomplished by securing, developing, and managing key architects, designers, general contractors, distributors, subcontractors, and end-user accounts.
This position will also own and manage all related performance and service metrics for the assigned accounts.
This position is in the Nudura Business Unit Nudura is the world's leading brand of Insulated Concrete Forms (ICFs) for sustainable and durable exterior wall construction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Achieves or exceeds assigned sales goals and expectations.
Works primarily with existing accounts, while seeking and developing new account opportunities to influence and increase use of Tremco CPG products in assigned territory.
Manages assigned accounts to establish business development opportunities through account penetration, analysis, partnership with key decision makers, and strategic initiatives.
Drives product specifications and project opportunities throughout assigned territory.
Leverages industry knowledge, marketplace dynamics and key relationships both internally and externally to develop trusted partnerships and advisory relationships with customers with a focus on problem identification, exploration and resolution.
Annually prepares and delivers strategic business/territory plans for each customer with monthly forecasts.
Consistently and efficiently follows the standard sales process to identify prospects and decision makers, gain customer commitment, predict sales probability, and effectively close deals.
Manages day-to-day contact, exchanges information succinctly, truthfully and ethically while addressing issues directly and tactfully in pursuit of mutual interest and benefit.
Develops and delivers technical, high quality and directed digital collateral, product prospectus, presentations, and business correspondence in support of the overall sales process.
Collaborates with senior staff to coordinate and execute product knowledge training sessions with internal and external customers, as appropriate, utilizing supplier representatives.
Leverages all available technology on a daily basis for productivity and effective lead generation, account maintenance, sales and expense tracking, forecasting, account reviews, customer contact, presentations, etc.
Works collaboratively with internal support resources to develop teamwork through cooperation, trust and mutual respect.
Attends and presents business unit products and services at industry conventions and trade shows.
Maintains extensive product knowledge in all product lines and service offerings.
Adheres to and enforces all company policies, pricing, and operational procedures with special attention to the professional image of the company.
Performs other related duties as required, requested or assigned.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management and 2-3 years of construction or industry experience OR Minimum High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of construction or industry experience
EXPERIENCE
Two to four years related experience and/or training Construction knowledge (i.e., waterproofing, air barriers, framing, modular, etc.) Insulated Concrete Forms ICF experience preferred. Assembly line related product segments Basic knowledge of product chemistries

Summary - General Purpose of the Job:
Reporting to the Global Master Data Manager, the Master Data Management Manager (Americas) will have responsibility for leading the implementation of our Master and Reference Data Management program in the Americas.

Work with Master Data Global Lead to design, optimize end to end master data governance processes.
Facilitate strategic decisions regarding Master Data Policies, standards and procedures. Implement master data management standards, enforce data governance procedures and ensure data integrity across various platforms.
Manage data migration requirements and processes Provide thought leadership and direction to the leadership team and developers. Perform all other duties and special assignments as assigned. Design, document and maintain data processes and flows across Master Data Management (MDG) and product lifecycle management (PLM systems/solutions. Mentor and provide leadership for your team which may include master data analysts as well as business support data admins.
Develop and monitor metrics to evaluate the state of effectiveness of the master data program. Advise users as to the applicability of various alternative to meet the specific requirements and deadlines which may include SAP base functionality and Reporting, specialized configurations, extracts and business process improvements. Designs and assists in the design and document of business processes and procedure, the devilment of training materials and the delivery of training etc. Participated in various user group forums to address issue management, to field and manage enhancement request and to facilitate the exchange of information and ideas among users in a given functional are of the business.

What will you do?

What will you do?

Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) consultant with 5-7 years of experience in handling Manhattan or other WMS products, SAP Logistics, Integrating SAP with External WMS systems.
Requirements:
Experience of implementing WMS system as a client, systems integrator, or consultant. Experience integrating WMS with labelling applications will be a plus. Experience working with voice picking solution will be an added advantage. Experience in SAP Inventory management functions, SAP logistics & Distribution functions. Experience in driving SAP integrating with external WMS systems. Experience in solving production support, break fix and enhancements of the SAP system integration with WMS solutions. Experience in designing RF solutions of WMS functions. Experience in integrating WMS with transportation systems. Experience in configuring WMS processes including inbound, outbound, replenishment, cycle counting, inventory reconciliation. Ability to provide WMS expertise and work closely with the project team.
Process mapping experience of WMS processes. Experience in developing an overall testing strategy, writing test scripts, configuring the WMS solution, testing execution, communicate testing results back to the client, managing & training end users, developing training documentation, executing training, etc. Experience working with master data integration, EDI IDOC's, API integration with cloud solutions, data loading in WMS. Excellent problem-solving skills, strong written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills with internal and external customers. Integration experience with Manhattan's Integration Framework (MIF) to help with integration strategies and interface specifications is another plus. Strategic thinker and team player. Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities: Serve as the domain expert and advocate for best WMS implementation practices. WMS Design & production Support. Hands-on system configuration of WMS, Functional/System Testing, Integration Testing, Test Script Writing, Training, Go-Live Support, and Post-Startup support ensuring that WMS is properly integrated from end-to-end with ERP system(SAP) and conforms to specifications. Understanding business processes and requirements and translating them to specific software requirements including Business Requirements Documents & GAP Analysis for extension development. Create functional requirements and use cases.
Coordinate requirements walk-through and sign-offs. Partner with project team to translate business specifications into test specifications & scripts. Collaborate with the vendor and client to perform software testing and report on quality metrics. Following go-live, provide production support to help stabilize production. Position requires nominal travel.
Travel to warehouse sites during critical phases of the implementation project.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or equivalent. 5+ years of SAP functional integration with external WMS. 5+ years of WMS configuration with demonstrable end results. 3+ years of any WMS system configuration and integration with ERP system. Hands on experience of working with integration aspects of SAP cross modules MM, SD, LE.

Core Responsibilities:
Manage the operational Risk Management Framework including the design and maintenance of risk appetites, risk taxonomy.
Develop strategies to mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational processes and implement best practices to minimize risk exposure.
Test the design and effectiveness of controls.
Manage the database of risks, issues and events and deliver effective reporting throughout the governance framework to enable senior management to effectively manage risk.
Lead the implementation and monitor the governance of Operational Events based on regulation and best practices.
Identify and assess operational risks within the organization.

TheWTI Field Resources Supervisor is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within their respective region.

Coordinate staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Reps in his/her respective regions to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for the highest profitability.
Collaborate with other Field Supervisors as necessary. Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process of all WTI Field Reps in the region, which will include random site visits to previous and current job sites, and proper documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.
Ensure profitability within the region by monitoring and managing employee expenses for accuracy and abuse, use of overtime hours, and all full-time personnel's billable time to meet the required percentage.
The Supervisor should stress the profitability factor to all field personnel. Weekly communication with Sales Managers is required.
The Supervisor will field all questions/concerns from the WTI Field Reps and will handle all discrepancies between the WTI Field Reps and the Sales Force. Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, or in person) with the customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters. The Supervisor will also be the main contact for the office personnel if there are any problems concerning a WTI Field Rep. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer. Conduct training (both hands-on field training and classroom style) for Field Reps, according to WTI Training Policy, to include: Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Safety training and training documentation for all Field Reps within the region. Approval/certification of each Field Rep, including OSHA Hazard Awareness, ToolBox Talks, etc. Provide training of new contractors on the proper application of Tremco Roof Systems.
Demonstrate working knowledge of all services provided. Manage, monitor, and document the performance of Field Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with Human Resources as needed. Work in conjunction with the Recruiting Department for hiring of all new personnel.
Ensure that all required paperwork is submitted to the corporate office on a timely basis. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB:
TheWTI Field Resources Supervisor is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within their respective region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Reps in his/her respective regions to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for the highest profitability.
Collaborate with other Field Supervisors as necessary. Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process of all WTI Field Reps in the region, which will include random site visits to previous and current job sites, and proper documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.
Ensure profitability within the region by monitoring and managing employee expenses for accuracy and abuse, use of overtime hours, and all full-time personnel's billable time to meet the required percentage.
The Supervisor should stress the profitability factor to all field personnel. Weekly communication with Sales Managers is required.
The Supervisor will field all questions/concerns from the WTI Field Reps and will handle all discrepancies between the WTI Field Reps and the Sales Force. Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, or in person) with the customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters. The Supervisor will also be the main contact for the office personnel if there are any problems concerning a WTI Field Rep. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer. Conduct training (both hands-on field training and classroom style) for Field Reps, according to WTI Training Policy, to include: Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Safety training and training documentation for all Field Reps within the region. Approval/certification of each Field Rep, including OSHA Hazard Awareness, ToolBox Talks, etc. Provide training of new contractors on the proper application of Tremco Roof Systems.
Demonstrate working knowledge of all services provided. Manage, monitor, and document the performance of Field Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with Human Resources as needed. Work in conjunction with the Recruiting Department for hiring of all new personnel.
Ensure that all required paperwork is submitted to the corporate office on a timely basis. Conduct new employee orientation for all new hires, including training on all company policies, administrative processes, procedures, and required technical and safety information. Handle all administrative matters and corresponding paperwork within the region, including expense management, monthly sales projections, Field Tech time management, status reports, bidding jobs with reps, large job sign-offs, project documentation, etc.
Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the Vice President of WTI General Services.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED Prior supervisory skills and ability to manage people and tasks Prior roofing experience, including patch and repair skills Knowledge of Project Management, planning, and scheduling skills Knowledge and experience in monitoring and maintaining Quality Control Functional computer skills Safety training and OSHA knowledge Understanding of budgeting and expense management
